I live in Wisconsin and wanted to make our mother’s 93rd birthday very special, and she lives in Brandon, so I searched for florists in her area. I initially called a competitor whose site wouldn’t allow for same day delivery requests, but the woman who owns the store answered and went on and on about how they have two locations and they’re so busy because they’ve been in business for 35yrs and have such a great reputation, blah, blah, blah. She never let me speak and she made it clear to me that she really didn’t need my business. I ended our conversation quickly, said I’ll find someone else to help me with the same day delivery I wanted, and I hung up. Not sure how that owner’s personality has kept business going for so long, she must have really kind & creative staff who actually do nice work and treat customers well to make up for her total lack of professionalism and not valuing new customers. I went back to my search and I chose Raspberry Blooms based on their large selection online. They thankfully allow for same day delivery and I was also able to leave a note for the store where I explained specific delivery instructions to make it safe & convenient for our elderly mom. Not only did the store create one of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen, the delivery driver also took the extra time and care to call me to give me an update and sent me a text with a photo of the flowers. My whole experience was absolutely excellent and I will definitely use Raspberry Blooms in the future.
